Marwest worked with 13 Indigenous subcontractors to complete the in-place abandonment of 55 km of 24-inch pipeline and the construction of critical winter access infrastructure, including ice roads and ice bridges. This approach significantly reduces environmental disturbances and supports reclamation, while also creating safe access to remote areas for local communities through winter road construction.
